Blue Lights Wellbeing offers sessions to students, whom suffer from stress of relocation, feelings of isolation and loneliness, victims of (cyber) bullying and stress around taking exams and studying.

Each student will be heard and be guided accordingly.  Mindfulness, guided meditation, relaxation and being understood are the corner stones of our program.

Blue Lights Wellbeing offers reduced rates for these students to assure students of all backgrounds having an the option to follow these sessions. The program entails one session weekly or bi weekly for a period of 6 or 12 weeks.
