Our Nutritionist  provides individual designed nutrition, fitness, health & weight loss programs and asses one’s progress. She is specialized in Sports, Women and Child Nutrition. An important part of improving one’s nutrition and or weight loss is the element of taking in one’s emotions, strengths and challenges in account. Next to being a qualified nutritionist, our practitioner is as well an experienced health coach and brings this element into her work. She only refers to natural ways of weight loss and change of diet.
