My experience with EMDR therapy by Magdalena helped me a lot in processing my trauma. Magdalena is very professional and made me feel comfortable talking to her and I felt at ease also when it all got emotional. She understands almost immediately what I mean of feel during a session, I believe she was always 2 steps ahead of my feelings or thoughts which helps a lot when it’s hard to talk. This was my first EMDR experience and I found it intense, but it helped me a lot. The sessions were a combination of EMDR, mindfulness and coaching which are all connected to each other. And through our talks and homework exercises she really helped me processing the trauma and she taught me how to deal with situations that could trigger a trauma reaction in the future. I am relieved that I am in control and see things in a different perspective. Thank you.
